Read: Galatians 2:20

I have been crucified with Christ; and it is no longer I who live, but Christ lives in me; and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave Himself up me.

We may take our own path in this life because we think that this is our life we can do whatever we want with it. And because of this mindset of ours that we are being submerged in the pool of sins. Then we realize that we have sinned that the path we take makes us far from God.

When we turn back to God and repent, we will realize that we are not to live in this world as we please but we must live according to our purpose in God’s will. Jesus Christ, the Son of God, sacrificed Himself for us to be saved from death. This life of ours is not just about living in flesh but living with a steadfast faith in Jesus Christ, who loves us unconditionally and gave His life for us.

Therefore if you have been raised up with Christ, keep seeking the things above, where Christ is seated at the right hand of God. Set your mind on the things above, not on the things that are on earth. For you have died and your life is hidden with Christ in God. Colossians 3:1-3

It is said that we already died when Jesus dies on the cross for our sins. This will make us realize that the things on earth is only temporary and we must strive for something that is permanent. What is that thing that is permanent? This things are from above, we must seek the Kingdom of God as we live in Christ as we live in Him.
