A Lifestyle Of Learning

"Allowing Jesus to put His own yoke on us means giving Jesus all control and letting Him direct our efforts. We will learn from Him for He is gentle and humble in heart. He will not add a burden on us, but He will give us rest for our souls." ❤

Read: Matthew 11:29

"Take my yoke upon you and learn from Me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your soul." Matthew 11:29

This verse is an invitation from Jesus to learn from Him. It shows that in life, learning and growing are part of it. We grow physically, intellectually, emotionally, and spiritually. And, we should continue to grow.

These are some situations that God uses to teach and mature us:

A.) We can Learn from TRIALS.

The trials we face are great opportunities for growth and maturity. We can learn a lot from our trials, and we know that God is using them to mold our character.

B.) We can Learn from TRANSITION.

The only thing permanent in life is change. As we choose to embrace change, we learn to trust God for the end result.

C.) We can Learn from TRUTH.

The Bible teaches that the truth is a person: Jesus Christ and His Spirit.

God promised that the moment we receive and believe in Jesus, the Holy Spirit would come to lead us in all truth.

Those who choose to learn the truth reap its many benefits including wisdom, freedom, peace, and integrity.

"Allowing Jesus to put His own yoke on us means giving Jesus all control and letting Him direct our efforts. We will learn from Him for He is gentle and humble in heart. He will not add a burden on us, but He will give us rest for our souls." ❤
