Read: Habakkuk 3:17-18
Though the fig tree may not blossom, Nor fruit be on the vines; Though the labor of the olive may fail, And the fields yield no food; Though the flock may be cut off from the fold, And there be no herd in the stalls—Yet I will rejoice in the LORD, I will joy in the God of my salvation. (Habakkuk 3:17-8 NKJV)
The Lord God is my strength; He will make my feet like deer’s feet, and He will make me walk on my high hills. (Habakkuk 3:19 NKJV)
All of us also lived among them at one time, gratifying the cravings of our
sinful nature and following its desires and thoughts. Like the rest, we were
by nature objects of wrath. But because of his great love for us, God, who
is rich in mercy. Made us alive with Christ even when we were dead in
transgressions – it is by grace you have been saved. (Ephesians 2:3-5
NKJV)
Shadrach, Meshach and Abednego replied to the king, “O Nebuchadnezzar, we do
not need to answer you in this matter. If we are thrown into blazing
furnace, our God whom we serve is able to deliver us from the burning fiery
furnace, and H will deliver us from your hand, O king. “But if not, let it
be know to you, O king, that we do not serve your gods, nor will we worship
the gold image which you have set up.” (Daniel 3:16-18 NKJV)
Even though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no
evil, for you are with me; your rod and your staff, they comfort me.
(Psalm 23:4 NKJV)
